IT Essentials Course Curriculum

This training serves as a starting point for those who want to develop themselves in the IT field.
The training covers topics related to Help Desk, computer hardware provisioning, operating systems, network and security basics.

During the training, methods of identifying and eliminating problems related to computer hardware provision, working with network components, network cables, setting up a local network, setting up an operating system, eliminating problems in the operating system, organizing IT service and working with users are taught theoretically and practically by our teacher Tamraz Askerov twice a week for 3 months.

The IT Essentials course covers the fundamental computer knowledge and career skills needed for entry-level jobs in IT. The training program includes theoretical knowledge and practical training on equipment. Simulations with various virtual and real tools will allow you to detect and eliminate faults and put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
